Fixed price notice serving
Provided you already have a figure to put in the initial notice and the overall expected premium figure does not exceed £20K, we can normally provide a fixed price for serving your notice of £525 (inclusive of VAT and disbursements).
One of the key conditions for this service – (please see our terms and conditions for further details) – is that at the time that we confirm your instructions (rather than the receipt of the enquiry form below) that your lease has more than 80 years to run and will have for a period of at least 6 (six) months from that date.
If your lease has less than 80 years to run and the expected premium figure is less than £20K the price is £625 (inclusive of VAT and disbursements).
